"He fell down 13m below, he didnt didnt die straight away, but you know, there was no one with him there, he was alone, and he cant reach his phone (was recording his action on other roof's top). Policeman said he was heavily injured crawling toward to the door but he couldnt open it (you need keys and permission to enter roof top), this left him hopeless he sit in the cornor waiting for his death until a cleaning lady found him next morning. By that time he's dead already."
